Two-person crews
Big bin rooms mean big numbers. On large jobs we run a two-person team to handle the volume efficiently.
Commercial bin cleaning
One visit. Every bin. Zero fuss.
Offices, strata titles, apartment blocks, factories and shopping centres have trusted Bin Bath with their bin rooms since 1989. A large share of our work is commercial — so big bin counts are our everyday.

Is Bin Bath a registered business and properly insured?
Yes. Bin Bath Corporation Pty Ltd is a registered company meeting Australian industry regulations. We're certified with the leading WHS pre-qualification organisations — CM3, Who's on Site and Trade Monitors — and fully insured, holding public liability and workers compensation insurance.
Do you service rentals, strata, holiday homes, retirement villages and units?
Yes — the commercial sector is what we've specialised in for over twenty years and it forms the majority of our business. On big jobs we run a two-person team so volume is handled efficiently. Contact us with whatever you need.
When will you clean our site's bins?
Ideally just after your rubbish collection, so the bins are empty. If that doesn't suit your site we'll coordinate a time that does — weekly, fortnightly, monthly or quarterly.
Can you provide documentation for our WHS / contractor system?
Yes. We're pre-qualified with CM3, Who's on Site and Trade Monitors, hold public liability and workers compensation insurance, and our cleaning products are documented in Material Declaration Sheets (MDS) for your OH&S/WHS requirements.
